Welcome to Vento Coliving. By accessing our website, booking a room, or staying at our PG accommodation, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful living environment for all residents.

Eligibility

Vento Coliving provides PG accommodation for students, working professionals, interns, and trainees. Residents must provide valid identity and address proof at the time of admission.

Booking & Admission

• Room allotment is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Admission is confirmed only after payment of rent and security deposit.
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission if required documents are not provided.

Rent & Security Deposit

• Rent must be paid in advance as per the agreed billing cycle.
• A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required.
• The security deposit is refundable at the time of vacating, subject to deductions for damages or dues, if any.

House Rules

• Residents must follow all house rules related to safety, hygiene, and discipline.
• Quiet hours must be maintained to ensure a peaceful environment.
• Any form of misconduct, disturbance, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

Food & Facilities

Food and amenities are provided as per the facilities mentioned at the time of admission. Meal timings and usage rules must be followed by all residents.

Visitor Policy

Visitors are allowed only during designated hours and must comply with the visitor policy set by the management. Overnight visitors are not permitted unless explicitly approved.

Safety & Security

Vento Coliving maintains CCTV surveillance and security measures for resident safety. Residents are advised to take care of their personal belongings, as management is not responsible for loss due to negligence.

Maintenance & Cleanliness

Residents are expected to maintain cleanliness in their rooms and common areas. Any damage to property or facilities may result in repair charges.

Termination & Vacating

• Residents must provide prior notice before vacating the premises.
• Failure to follow house rules may result in termination of stay.
• Final settlement and refund (if applicable) will be processed after inspection.

Changes to Terms

Vento Coliving reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website or communicated to residents.
