No Refund Policy

Vento Coliving follows a strict No Refund Policy. All payments made towards rent, booking amounts, advance payments, or any other charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Security Deposit

The security deposit, if applicable, is separate from rent payments and will be refunded at the time of vacating the premises, subject to inspection, outstanding dues, and deductions as per the Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation & Early Vacating

In case of booking cancellation, early vacating, or non-occupancy after payment, no refund will be provided for the paid amount. Residents are advised to confirm all details before making any payment.

Policy Acceptance

By making a payment or staying at Vento Coliving, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
